What the money buys

The plan buys the workspace. Model usage is prepaid, in tokens.

Two things, priced separately and stated plainly, because finding out afterwards is the version of this that costs somebody money. Tokens are quoted at 300 to the dollar — so a Solo subscription credits 6,000 tokens a month, and Team 104,700.

Included in the plan

The workspace and every application in it — the editors, the library, mail, calendar, meetings, the catalog. No fee per proposal, per approval, per document or per action.

Metered: generation

What the models produce draws on your token balance. Every paid invoice credits the wallet again — it recurs while the subscription does, and stops when it stops.

It stops, it does not bill

A generation is admitted against the balance BEFORE it runs. With nothing to draw on it stops with a clear message instead of running up a debt, so there is no invoice to dispute after the fact. Top up any time.

On the free plan the product is free and the inference is not. Free gives you the whole governed agent, the whole workspace and 250 MB of storage with no card — and no token balance. Add one to start generating, or take a paid plan and the monthly top-up comes with it.

The safety is not the upgrade. Nothing below is gated behind a tier, because a cheaper plan that governs your agent less is a product that punishes you for being small.

Is the free plan really free?
Yes — the plan is $0 with no card required, and the approval gate is on by default, so outward actions become proposals that wait for your sign-off. The one thing it does not include is a token balance for model usage: the product is free, the inference is paid. Add a balance when you are ready to start generating.
What’s the difference between the plans?
Every plan includes the full governed agent — the approval gate, the write-only vault, Swiss data storage, model tracks, memory, and the audit trail. Higher tiers add seats, document storage and a larger monthly token grant for model usage: Free (1 seat, 250 MB, no grant), Solo (1 seat, 1 GB), Founder (1 seat, 5 GB), Team (5 seats, 50 GB). Scale is sized in conversation and starts at 50 seats and 500 GB.
What is the difference between Solo and Founder?
Nothing about how the agent is governed — the gate, the vault, Swiss storage, and the audit trail are identical. Solo is $20/mo with 1 GB of document storage, for one person using the agent day to day; Founder is $99/mo with 5 GB, for a solo operator delegating enough work that documents pile up.
Why does Scale not have a price?
Because the number depends on the answer to questions we would rather ask than guess — how many seats, how much storage, which of your own tools the agent onboards, and what your approval policy has to look like. Email hello@monopea.com and we will size it with you.
Are there per-action or usage fees?
Nothing is charged per proposal, per approval, per document or per seat-action — the workspace and all of its applications are included in the plan. What is metered is model usage: every generation draws on a prepaid token wallet. It is prepaid rather than invoiced, so nothing is ever billed in arrears.
How does the token wallet work?
Tokens are the unit the agent spends on model usage, at 300 to the dollar. Every paid invoice credits your wallet with the same dollar value it charged — Solo 6,000, Founder 29,700, Team 104,700 a month — and it recurs on every renewal for as long as the subscription runs. A generation is admitted against the balance before it starts, so when there is nothing to draw on it stops with a clear message instead of running up a debt. You can top up at any time.
Does the free plan include tokens?
No, and this is worth knowing before you sign up rather than after. Free gives you the entire governed agent, the full workspace and 250 MB of storage with no card — the product is free. Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans are month to month — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Your memory, your vault entries, your connected tools, and your audit trail stay yours.
